THEM Earthmoving Pty Ltd is a family-owned and operated civil construction company providing earthmoving, transport and maintenance services throughout Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our workshop team in Geraldton.

This is a permanent, day-shift, workshop-based role maintaining our fleet of light vehicles. The position offers plenty of variety, a supportive team environment and long-term job security with a respected local business.

About the Role

As a Light Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing our light vehicle fleet to ensure vehicles remain safe, reliable and ready for operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

• Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance

• Performing repairs and replacing worn or damaged components

• Conducting inspections and identifying issues before they become major repairs

• Maintaining accurate service and repair records

• Working safely and keeping the workshop clean, organised and efficient

• Working with the wider workshop team to keep our fleet operating at its best

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics, Light Vehicle

• Experience servicing and repairing a range of light vehicles

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Pride in producing high-quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
