About the Role

We have recently promoted our Concession Manager and are now on the hunt for a retail superstar to manage our David Jones - Warringah Mall store on a part time basis. Approximately 20 - 25 hours per week with the potential to increase hours in the future. 

• Work within a leading Department store - David Jones Warringah Mall.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members at all times to enrich our in-store shopping experience.
• Provide staff training and guidance to motivate team performance towards achieving sales budgets and goals.
• Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
• Uphold strong visual merchandising standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills & Experience

• Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's and budgets.
• Hands on leadership approach, with a sound background in people management and ability to motivate and mentor a team to success. 
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both team members and customers. 
• Proficiency in managing stock levels and positioning floor stock to maximise sales. 
• Experience in preparing store rosters and administrative tasks. 
• Experience in the lingerie industry is valued but not essential as full training will be provided.
