The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone who gets people, gets retail, and gets results - a Concession Manager ready to lead the MYER Robina experience as we open the doors to our brand new pad this July. This is your chance to be part of an exciting new chapter and make your mark from day one.

Permanent Full Time | Tuesday - Saturday Roster

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service

• Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance

• Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life

• Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs

• Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD

• Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance

• Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
