Join Our Team as a Training Business Partner in VIC!
Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and empowering teams? We’re looking for a dynamic Training Business Partner to support our VIC Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals teams in delivering high-impact training programs that foster growth, collaboration and success. This is more than just a training role, it’s about shaping the future of how we learn, grow and work together at Wellways!
About The Role
In this role, you will build strong relationships across Wellways and the Locals, using your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate a diverse and complex environment.
You will facilitate both online and face-to-face training, support the coordination and scheduling of learning programs and contribute to the design and development of training using adult learning principles. You will also undertake training needs analysis, support evaluation activities and contribute to projects that enhance our training programs, resources and processes.
You will be a key link between the Victorian Locals and the central Wellways Training team, sharing insights, identifying opportunities and helping to drive consistent and efficient ways of working.
You’ll play an important role by:
Facilitating engaging online and in-person training programs for Locals teams.Working closely with Locals Training Coordinators to coordinate scheduling and training records.Undertaking training needs analysis to identify current and future learning priorities.Supporting training evaluation and continuous improvement activities.Building strong, collaborative relationships across Wellways, Locals teams and key partners.Leading and contributing to projects focused on new training programs, resources, products and processes.Actively contributing to team collaboration, knowledge sharing and weekly training huddles.

You will also need:
Tertiary qualifications (minimum certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other health related field and certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Education or equivalent experience in a related fieldExperience in training design and development of training packages Experience using Articulate Rise 360 in creating eLearningHigh level people skills and experience of working in dynamic teams Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the roleCurrent Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening CheckRight to Work within AustraliaSatisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old)NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
