Early Career PsychologistThe Psych Assessment Studio in Caringbah is growing, and we’re looking for an Early Career Psychologist to join our team. We’re open to either an employee or contractor arrangement, depending on what works best for the right person.
The role would initially be 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 3 days in the future, and would include a mix of:o Psychological assessmento Ongoing therapeutic supporto Working with neurodivergent children, teens and adultso Supporting clients to better understand themselves, their strengths and what helps them thrive

Who we’re looking forYou’ll need to:o Be registered with AHPRA as a psychologisto Have knowledge and experience working with neurodivergent children, teens and/or adultso Have a genuine interest in psychological assessment and be keen to continue developing your assessment skillso Be comfortable working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teamso Have strong written communication and report-writing skillso Be able to take initiative and work independently, while also knowing when to reach out and collaborateo Work from a genuinely neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based framework - no deficit-based stuff here!o Be curious, thoughtful and committed to understanding the whole person, rather than simply focusing on scores, symptoms or diagnoseso Want to make a meaningful difference to the people and families you work with
You absolutely do not need to know everything already. We’re looking for someone with the right values, curiosity and willingness to develop their skills.
