About the Role: 

As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll take the lead across all aspects of our retail and spa operations - from driving sales to building a high-performing team and creating unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll bring a hands-on leadership style, a passion for premium skincare, and a focus on empowering your team to achieve results aligned with Jurlique’s values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver the signature Jurlique experience with warmth, expertise, and authenticity.
• Inspire and coach your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Educate customers about our heritage, product benefits, and spa rituals.
• Promote the Jurlique Insiders Program to build customer loyalty.
• Maintain high service standards and a welcoming, solution-focused environment.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, develop, and mentor your team to foster a culture of performance and respect.
• Drive team engagement through coaching, regular 1:1s, and clear communication.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Champion Jurlique Mindsets & Behaviours through everyday leadership.

Operations & Administration

• Manage daily operations, spa bookings (via Timely), and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, stock management, and store policy standards.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, manage payroll and rosters effectively.
• Uphold a clean, organised, and inspiring store environment.

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience in retail store management, ideally within a luxury or wellness environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
• Experience with team coaching, performance management, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of the General Retail or Hair & Beauty Award and WHS compliance.
• Certificate IV in Retail Management (preferred).
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous).
• Results-driven and highly organised with a strong business mindset.
• Passion for holistic wellness and natural skincare.
• Inspiring and supportive leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Strategic roster and workforce planner.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
