About the Role
We are looking for a Grade 1 clinician to join our large Occupational Therapy team at the Kingston centre on a full time ongoing basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful clinician to gain clinical experience in a rotation positon across the continuum of care, including acute, sub-acute rehabilitation streams and community based care teams. This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and integral to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
No two rotations are the same. You'll work with diverse patient groups, collaborate with experienced multidisciplinary teams and develop the clinical foundations that will shape your career.
We support our Grade 1’s with supervision from Grade 2 and Grade 3 Occupational therapists, peer support and a comprehensive professional development program. We also have access to clinical educators in occupational therapy who will support your learning through 1:1 involvement and a tutorial program.
