Equissage is one of the most recognised names in equine therapy, with over 50 years of proven results behind our products. We are looking for passionate, driven salespeople who want to take those products to horse owners across their region and build a genuinely rewarding sales career doing it.

This is a sales role. Your income is directly tied to the demonstrations you conduct and the sales you make. There is no ceiling on what you can earn, and the more active you are in the field, the more you will make.

What you will actually be doing

You will be out in the field, meeting horse owners, attending shows and events, and conducting demonstrations that let the product speak for itself. Equissage products sell because they work, and once a horse owner sees the results firsthand, the conversation becomes a lot easier.

Your days will include:

• Getting in front of new prospects through networking and events

• Conducting demonstrations at client properties and shows (sometimes two to three hours from home)

• Building relationships with equestrian clubs and organisations

• Following up with existing clients to generate referrals and repeat sales

• Growing your own presence and visibility across your region to keep your lead pipeline full

Who we are looking for

You are someone who has spent real time around horses and understands the world horse owners live in. You are motivated by results, comfortable getting in front of people, and you do not need someone to manage your day because you already know what needs to happen to make sales.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience in the equine industry

• Is confident, personable, and knows how to have a genuine conversation

• Is comfortable with regular travel and flexible with hours

• Is ready to be at shows and events when that is where the clients are

• Has the maturity and drive to back themselves and keep pushing

While not a requirement, owning an Equissage product yourself will be looked upon very favourably. There is nothing more powerful in a demonstration than a salesperson who genuinely uses and believes in what they are selling - and horse owners can tell the difference.

You will also need:

• A reliable vehicle for regular regional travel

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Availability to attend a five-day training school in Brisbane, Queensland
