FOH & BOH STAFF WANTED – GINGA MOUNT HAWTHORN

Ginga Mount Hawthorn is looking for experienced hospitality staff to join our busy and growing team!

Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Ginga is a fast-paced, high-volume venue with a beautiful space, great atmosphere and a fun, supportive team.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

☕ Experienced Baristas
Minimum 2 years’ barista experience. Must be confident producing quality coffee quickly and efficiently during high-volume services.

🍸 Experienced Bartenders
Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience. Confident with cocktails, drinks service and working efficiently in a busy bar environment.

🍽 Experienced Waitstaff / FOH
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Friendly, confident and comfortable managing busy sections and high-volume services.

👨‍🍳 Experienced Cooks / BOH Staff
Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen is essential. You’ll need to be organised, efficient and confident working under pressure.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience for FOH specialty roles

• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced venues

• Reliable, positive and able to work well within a team

• Flexible availability across breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Weekend availability is highly preferred

• Applicants available across Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be looked upon favourably
