Front of House Team Member | Customer Focused & Fast Paced

Pasta Deli is a family-owned, Italian-inspired business established in 1987, focused on quality food, great coffee, and genuine customer service.

We’re currently looking for friendly, reliable Front of House Team Members to join the Pasta Deli team across our eastern suburbs locations.

We’re looking for candidates with a wide range of availability, including weekdays, weekends, mornings and afternoons. There is also scope to work across multiple Pasta Deli locations depending on availability and business requirements.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service
• Taking orders and operating POS systems accurately
• Assisting with food service and product presentation
• Keeping the front of house clean, organised and well presented
• Restocking products and assisting with general store duties
• Supporting the team during busy service periods
• Upholding Pasta Deli’s service and presentation standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous FOH, retail or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A genuine interest in food, hospitality and delivering great customer service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A wide range of weekday and/or weekend availability
• Flexibility to work across our eastern suburbs locations is highly regarded

Positions are available across Pasta Deli locations in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs. Specific locations, hours and availability will be discussed during the interview process.
