About the role

Bank of China Sydney Branch is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Credit Admin Manager to join the Credit Admin Department.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide advisory services to credit officers, relationship managers and other counterparts in relation to agency work processes;
Review loan documents in ensuring clauses relating to agency service operations are compliant and operational;
Review and check conditions precedent documents for agency deals;
Prepare or cross check interest payment, rollover and drawdown notices are compliant with terms and conditions of the executed loan documents;
Arrange executions for loan documents and other relevant documents relating to agency deals;
Liaise with back-office teams in processing value transactions at a timely manner;
Maintain records on agency deal rollovers, rate sets, repayments and fees, ensure all required notices are delivering to borrowers and lenders at a timely manner;
Maintain log of agency fee revenue table and provide the most updated reports upon request;
Monitor and liaise with borrowers and lenders in maintaining information undertakings for agency deals;
Liaise with borrowers, lenders and lawyers for consent requests;
Arrange lenders' calls when required;
Review and advise on on-boarding potential new agency deals;
Participate and contribute in discussion meetings of agency deals;
Back-up documentation review team if required;
Ad-hoc tasks allocate from team leader and/or department head.

Be considered, possessing following skills and experience are essential:

Must have at least five years of agency service working experiences， particularly in banking or finance service environment;
Tertiary and/or post-graduation qualifications in finance or business related;
Experience in reviewing syndicated loan documentations;
Strong understanding of syndication loan and agency service processes;
'Can-do' attitude and strong team player spirits;
Attention to details and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and communication skills with all levels of stakeholders in English.
