Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Acacia Ridge team. In this varied role, you'll support customers, assist the sales team and help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

Working as part of a collaborative and customer-focused team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and servicing customer accounts
• Processing, checking and amending sales orders
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Providing quotations and technical product advice
• Coordinating with Manufacturing and Dispatch on order deliveries
• Supporting the External Sales team with administrative tasks
• Resolving customer issues and improving the customer experience

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right.

You'll bring:

• Customer service and/or administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
• Confidence learning new systems and technologies
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
