We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Acacia Ridge team. In this varied role, you'll support customers, assist the sales team and help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

About The Role

Working as part of a collaborative and customer-focused team, your responsibilities will include:

Managing and servicing customer accountsProcessing, checking and amending sales ordersResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailProviding quotations and technical product adviceCoordinating with Manufacturing and Dispatch on order deliveriesSupporting the External Sales team with administrative tasksResolving customer issues and improving the customer experience
