Night Voice Picker & Packer

Superstock Food Services is a complete food distributor with over 6,000 stocked lines from frozen, chiller, dry & packaging.  We service many food outlets in WA including Hospitals, Hotels, Cafes, Restaurants, Taverns, Pubs, Caterers, Lunch Bars and Bakeries.  

We are a WA family-owned business and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.  Operating from our facility in North-link business estate, Gnangara we require a Voice Picker to join our evening picking team.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated pick packers to work Sunday to Thursday 4pm-12am

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg regularly.

- Good English Skills is a must have.

- A naturally proactive problem-solver

- Demonstrate strong reliability is a must have.

- Able to work in -18 degree conditions if needed.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.

- Familiarity with voice-directed picking systems is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

- Ability to work and think in a fast paced environment constantly 

- Self motivated and committed to meeting KPI's 

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize voice-picking technology to accurately pick and pack products based on order specifications.

- Navigate the warehouse efficiently to minimize picking time while ensuring the accuracy of orders.

- Maintain high productivity standards keeping a high pick rate while adhering to safety protocols.

- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to ensure a safe working environment.

Please note:

Forklift license with reach truck experience preferred.

Voice pick and Bar-code scanner experience an advantage.
