Are you friendly, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment? At Spudshed, we’re looking for motivated team members who are eager to learn, provide great customer service, and be part of a supportive team.

This role includes hands on training to help you build your skills and confidence in a busy checkout environment. You’ll play an important part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, while developing valuable retail experience.

Shifts: 5 - 7 hours between 8pm and 8am! [Must be available to work one weekend day shift]

Responsibilities:

Overnight Frontend responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety

• Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values

• Finding new ways to improve our customers shopping experience

This store will trade 24hrs, 7 days a week and we are therefore looking for staff who are available to work weekends and across all the days of the week on a rotating roster.

About you:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently.

• Previous supermarket retail experience is preferred.

• Direct to Door experience beneficial.

• Strong analytical and problem solving

• Strong communication skills
