Temporary Property Manager

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Residential Property Managers who are open to temporary and contract opportunities across the property and development sector.
These opportunities are ideal for property professionals who can quickly adapt to new environments, step into a portfolio and make an immediate contribution. Whether you are between permanent roles, looking for greater flexibility, returning to the industry or simply open to exploring temporary opportunities, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

The Role
Temporary Property Management assignments can vary depending on the requirements of each client, but may include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Responding to tenant and owner enquiries
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades
• Conducting routine and final property inspections
• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy documentation
• Monitoring arrears and following up outstanding payments
• Coordinating tenant ingoing and outgoing processes
• Liaising with landlords regarding property matters and providing regular updates
• Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
• Assisting with general property management administration and team support
• Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation and industry requirements

About You
We’d love to hear from experienced Property Managers who can confidently step into a new environment and get up to speed quickly.
You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in residential property management, leasing or other capacity in real estate.
• A valid Agents Representative Certificate
• Knowledge of relevant residential tenancy legislation
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving
• Confidence dealing with owners, renters, trades etc.
• The ability to quickly adapt to new teams, processes and property management systems
• A professional, reliable and positive approach to your work

A current real estate registration or licence will be required where applicable.
