ARE YOU EXPERIENCED IN THE FOLLOWING:

• Residential Property Management
• Leasing Consultants
• Compliance Managers (Must have property management experience)
• Build to Rent (BTR)

Assignments are available immediately!

RATES/HOURS/BENEFITS

• Hourly rates between $40-60ph+Super+Mileage
• Weekly pay and dedicated account support
• Short-term and ongoing assignments across Melbourne
• Opportunities across multiple high-performing real estate brands

• Flexible working hours, days and duration of assignment on offer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have recent experience managing a portfolio along with experience using PROPERTY ME, PROPERTY TREE, IRE & INSPECTION EXPRESS
• Reliable, Punctual & Well presented (MUST)
• Current Police Check & Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Exceptional communication both written and oral
• Reliable, flexible and confident walking into new environments
• Ability to hit the ground running
