Want to build your equine career in one of Australia’s biggest racing hubs?

We’re working with an established equine group looking to add another vet to their Sydney team, based alongside Randwick Racecourse.

This is far from a standard ambulatory position. You’ll work across a high-level mix of Thoroughbred racing, lameness, performance medicine and sport horses, with clients across Randwick, Rosehill, Warwick Farm and Hawkesbury.

The caseload can include:

• Racetrack and stable-side work

• Lameness and poor-performance investigations

• Diagnostic imaging and ultrasonography

• Respiratory investigations and dynamic endoscopy

• Pre-purchase examinations

• Thoroughbred sales and auction work

• Sport horse cases

• Medicine and first-opinion ambulatory work

The wider group also provides veterinary services at major Thoroughbred sales across Australia and New Zealand and works with international horses entering Australia through quarantine facilities.

You’d be joining an experienced team with vets from international equine backgrounds and access to advanced portable diagnostic equipment.

This could suit an equine vet who already has some experience behind them and wants greater exposure to Thoroughbreds, performance work and advanced ambulatory medicine.
