Technical Platform Manager AI & Data

Role OverviewSeeking a Technical Platform Manager to support the operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the AI platform .
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day platform operations, incidents, risks, and technical dependencies.Coordinate platform enhancements, integrations, APIs, data connectors, and access management activities.Support release planning, testing, onboarding of new features, and production deployments.Drive incident, problem, and service management processes, including escalations and operational reporting.Work with engineering teams on monitoring, observability, platform health, and SLA tracking.Maintain runbooks, operational documentation, governance records, and stakeholder communications.Support change management, security, privacy, and access governance activities.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.Required Skills
3 - 5 years of experience in Technical Platform Management, SaaS Operations, Service Management, or Technical Delivery.Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI platforms.Understanding of APIs, integrations, data connectors, authentication, and change management processes.Experience managing incidents, releases, and operational governance.Exposure to monitoring, observability, and platform support activities.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Skills
Experience with Glean or similar Enterprise AI/Search platforms.Knowledge of GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automation concepts.Exposure to SIEM/ELK, security, privacy, and access management processes.Experience in large enterprise environments such as telecommunications or financial services
