About the Role

As our Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee a diverse residential portfolio while supporting tenants, stakeholders, and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing tenancy and property matters across a growing portfolio

• Leading complex tenancy and property issues with confidence

• Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and community partners

• Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and best-practice standards

• Supporting and mentoring team members as required

About You

You'll bring:

• Significant experience in residential property management

• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements

• The ability to manage competing priorities effectively

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

• Common sense, empathy, and a healthy sense of humour
