Rockingham Aged Care – Fixed Term (3 Months) Part Time role

45 Hours Per Fortnight

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service. This part-time role is responsible for providing administrative support services, including reception, general administration, staff rostering, and business and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with resident admissions, agreements, transfers, and discharges
• Managing calls, emails, general admin and reception duties
• Coordinating enquiries and tours for prospective residents
• Administering staff rosters, filling vacant shifts, and assisting with payroll
• Supporting accounts receivable, payable, receipting, and banking tasks

About You

• Minimum 2 years of administration/business support experience (aged care desirable)
• Demonstrated experience in payroll and staff rostering
• Certificate III in Business (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A current National Police Certificate, COVID-19, and Influenza vaccinations (or ability to acquire)
