Marketing & Content Creator Lead

~30 hrs/week. Event work on top of these hours.
We're a wedding content agency. We film weddings on iPhones and couples have their content before the reception ends. 143 weddings last year, 101 already booked. Small all-girl team, no corporate layers, work from home most of the week, choose your own hours.
We're looking for the Tahlia Kennedy of Perth 👀
The role:- Create and post Peachie's content (Insta, TikTok, Pinterest)- Build relationships with venues, vendors and expos- Find and train new content creators- Match creators to weddings- Couple discovery calls (chat to couples about what to expect)- Script, film & edit ads- Shoot weddings most weekends, paid at creator rate on top of your hours
You:- Can shoot a wedding on a phone- Passionate about creating content, not just as a job- Great with people. Strangers like you within 30 seconds- Fast learner who backs herself. You find the answer, then tell us- Intuitive and thoughtful decision maker

Compensation: base rate + bonus, reviewed at 6 months, extra payment per wedding attended.
