We're currently seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent role. If you're organised, reliable and enjoy working as a team, and have at least 3 years' warehousing experience, this could be a great fit for you. You will play an important role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly while working alongside a friendly and experienced team who are passionate about what they do.

About the Role

• Ability to operate a forklift safely;
• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and courier vehicles;
• Booking transport contractors and couriers;
• Stocking of new and used parts as required;
• Picking and packing of parts as requested;
• Receive goods inward including processing of relevant paperwork and updating stock movements into inventory/job system;
• Participation in stocktakes;
• Liaising with Sales, Engineering and Workshop staff on parts requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Solid warehouse experience and a good understanding of warehouse operations;
• Ability to safely receive, store, pick and dispatch goods;
• Experience with handling machinery parts;
• Current Forklift and C Class licences;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
