Living Gems are on the hunt for a positive and forward-thinking individual to join our team at Living Gems Harris Crossing.

You’ll be the go-to person and trusted advisor for our over-50s clients, helping them find their dream home and walking beside them on their journey to the (next) best part of their life. At the same time, you’ll be the glue between the client and our construction team.

A day in the life might look like...

• Guiding future homeowners through their journey with understanding and confidence
• Turning an everyday conversation into a sales opportunity
• Building brilliant relationships with the construction crew
• Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
• Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game - no detail slips past you
• Being a calming, competent presence when things get busy
• Able to share the workload on Saturdays (and having Monday off of course!)

• Is vibrant, professional and able to close a deal
• Reads the room and isn’t afraid to confidently push a little further when the time is right
• Loves connecting with people and builds trust easily
• Is self-motivated, outgoing and confident talking to people on the phone and face-to-face
• Is proactive and isn’t afraid to ask for the sale while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Loves Townsville and enjoys being part of the local community
• Has solid admin skills and isn’t intimidated by a spreadsheet
• Can chat with tradies and clients with equal ease
• Stays calm when things don’t go to plan and adapts quickly
• Is honest, grounded, and comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
