Bookkeeper/Payroll/Office Manager

We are a small family owned landscaping company based in Southport Gold Coast looking for an experienced part time bookkeeper/office manager using MYOB, MS package & Adobe.  Flexible hours approximately 18 - 24 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.  You will be working most of the time alone in an air-conditioned office attached to our warehouse.  MYOB and payroll experience is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, monthly BAS, payroll & superannuation. There is also a requirement to send quotes and contracts to clients plus manage large files containing landscape plans and jobsite safety and compliance paperwork.

The successful candidate will have good communication and organization skills  and be able to prioritize work loads. You will be required to assist the owner with onboarding new projects.

Must be able to work without supervision and willing to learn new procedures. Would suit parent with school age children as hours can be flexible  

We are open to the successful candidate being either an ABN/Self-employed contractor or part-time PAYG employee.
