We are looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our high-performing Adelaide team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create warm, calm moments that feel personal and considered. 
• Share the craftsmanship and story behind each piece with authenticity and grace. 
• Host well‑prepared appointments from welcome to thoughtful farewell. 
• Build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach and timely follow‑up. 
• Keep the boutique ready with accurate CRM, well‑prepared appointments, and immaculate presentation. 
• Support precise product handling and elegant client presentations during discovery. 
• Arrange simple service needs (orders, repairs, collections) with clear, proactive updates. 

About You

• Experience in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or high‑touch client service. 
• Composed presence, impeccable presentation, and natural communication. 
• Curiosity about craftsmanship and a genuine interest in fine jewellery. 
• Reliability and flexibility across boutique trading hours.
