Senior Client Advisor - PAC

Paspaley is an iconic Australian luxury brand that is home to the rarest and most beautiful pearls in the world. We are a leader in contemporary pearl jewellery design, with our distinctive collections available through Paspaley boutiques and eBoutique.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Senior Client Advisor (Full-Time) to become part of the founding team at our brand-new Pacific Fair Boutique, opening on the Gold Coast in December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Create refined, personalised client experiences that feel seamless and considered.
• Share deep knowledge of craftsmanship, heritage, and exceptional pieces with confidence.
• Host elevated appointments, including VIP experiences, with care and precision.
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful outreach and ongoing connection. 
• Support boutique excellence through strong CRM discipline, presentation, and operations. 
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of luxury service.
• Provide insights to enhance client experience and boutique performance.

• Proven experience in luxury or high-touch client service environments.
• Polished, confident, and naturally poised communicator.
• Passionate about fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
• Commercially minded with strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative leader who uplifts and supports others.
