Assistant Store Manager (2IC) – Bath & Body Works

About the role

As Assistant Store Manager (2IC), you'll work in partnership with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive the day-to-day performance of the store at Bath & Body Works Harbour Town.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to perform at their best

• Drive sales performance and achievement of store KPIs

• Create exceptional and memorable customer experiences

• Support stock, visual merchandising and daily store operations

• Maintain strong operational and brand standards

• Build a positive, engaging and high-performance team culture

• Take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is away

About you

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or retail leader

• Strong coaching and people-development skills

• A track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume customer environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confidence making decisions and taking ownership

• A genuine passion for retail, customers and developing people

• Appropriate Australian working rights
