Valiram is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to join our Bath & Body Works North Lakes team.

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing, customer-obsessed team in a fast-paced retail environment.

As the Assistant Store Manager (2IC), you’ll be the Store Manager’s key partner and help drive the overall success of the store.

You will:

• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team

• Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance

• Lead exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor

• Support day-to-day operations, stock management and visual standards

• Help create a positive, inclusive and high-energy team culture

• Confidently lead the store when the Store Manager is away

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or retail leadership experience

• Strong people leadership and coaching skills

• Experience driving sales and achieving KPIs

• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong operational and organisational skills

• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor

• A genuine passion for customers, people and retail

Experience in retail is preferred, although strong leaders from hospitality or other high-volume customer environments are also encouraged to apply.
