What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.

• Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and commercial leadership.

• Analyse sales results and KPIs, implementing action plans to achieve store targets.

• Lead by example on the sales floor, creating memorable customer experiences.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.

• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management and operational compliance.

• Act as Leader on Duty, confidently managing the store in the Store Manager's absence.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within a high-volume retail environment.

• Experience in fashion, apparel, specialty retail, department stores or other customer-focused retail businesses.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, sales performance and team productivity.

• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop retail teams.

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
