Accounts Payable Officer

Overview

Fleetmark is an Australian leader in fleet branding, commercial signage and digital display, delivering large-scale branding projects across design, manufacturing and nationwide installation since 1994, with operations in VIC, NSW and QLD.

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team, reporting to the General Manager – Finance. You'll take ownership of accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations across the Fleetmark Group — working closely with Finance and Operations, not sitting in the background.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices in MYOB, matching POs, delivery receipts and invoices, and coding to correct cost centres/projects

• Prepare and process weekly and ad hoc payment runs (EFT and international), and reconcile supplier statements

• Monitor AP ageing, maintain supplier records and documentation, and manage invoice approvals per Fleetmark's delegations

• Build strong supplier relationships and respond to AP queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Support compliance with financial controls and internal/external audit requirements

About You

• Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role, ideally with MYOB

• Solid experience with payment runs, supplier reconciliations and invoice coding

• Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail

• Comfortable managing competing deadlines and resolving discrepancies proactively

• Confident communicating with suppliers and stakeholders across the business

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, project-based or multi-entity environments is a plus

• Certificate IV/Diploma in Accounting or similar desirable but not essential — practical experience matters more
