We back that with a genuinely tight program: four-month build times on single storey, six on double, and a three-month guaranteed site start. That only works with supervisors who know how to hold a schedule.
About the roleYou'll run 10+ concurrent builds end to end — from site start through to handover.Day to day, that looks like:Setting and holding the construction program across all your active sitesBooking and managing trades on call-forward, keeping the sequence tight and the site movingManaging jobs to budget and flagging variations earlyConducting site inspections and holding quality to the Vero standardReading and working from architectural drawings, and resolving issues on the ground before they become delaysKeeping clients, trades and the office genuinely informed — clear, honest communication is a big part of how we work
What you'll bringCurrent site supervising experience with a volume builderProven ability to run multiple sites at once, to programConfident managing trades — you can hold people to a standard without burning the relationshipStrong ability to read and interpret working drawingsCurrent White Card and full VIC driver's licence
