At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are looking for an experienced and strategic Outpatient Services Lead to drive the development and improvement of outpatient services across the District.
About the Opportunity
As the Outpatient Services Lead, you will provide strategic leadership in the planning, development, and delivery of effective and efficient outpatient services across CCLHD. Working closely with senior leaders, clinical departments, community services, and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in strengthening models of care and improving health outcomes and experiences for the Central Coast community.
This position will lead service planning, reform, and improvement initiatives that support integrated care across outpatient, community, primary care, and tertiary services. In this role you will:
