Operations Support Officer

Our Operations Support Officer position is critical, based at our Truganina location - however, if working out of our Geelong or Ballarat offices work better, you can! You will help make things happen and keep the business running. You will be flat out providing support for the management of the ridiculous amount of infrastructure (expensive stuff!) across the business including property, vehicles, telephones and more. 

Reporting to our wonderful Chief Operating Officer, you’ll have a ball…

• Keeping our exciting Company registers including the Vehicle, Key and Property Lease registers, up to date, accurate and appealing to the eye

• Enjoying all the fun of helping manage our insurance claims because we are all human and our staff do make little mistakes now and then

• Working with our teams to make sure our properties and staff facilities are top notch. Sometimes they are simple fixes and sometimes it’s making sure all the (boring!) legal stuff is taken care of.  No two days are the same!

• Keeping a firm eye on our suppliers, to make sure they are being kind to us (you know, meeting agreed terms, giving us the best bang for our buck etc.)

• Performing general admin duties as required. Hey, we all have a few of these!

To be successful, you will;

• Like having fun at work

• Hopefully have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, but we’re keen to talk even if you don’t

• Be very organised, because at times the work will come thick and fast and you’ll need to keep up

• Be a clear communicator with excellent spelling a must!

• We love attention to detail (big hint here!) and really need you to be able to keep our secrets a secret

• Resolve challenges under pressure, meet deadlines, blah blah….all the usual stuff

• Overnight stay for 1-2 nights, approx. 3-4 times a year

Shortlisted candidates will need to do a few checks like medical and police check. But we’ll pay you above industry wage + superannuation if you pass all of this!
