Part-time Receptionist

As part of the Regent Motor Group, Osborne Park Suzuki and Isuzu is seeking a part time Receptionist to join our friendly team.

The Role:

We are looking to employ a genuine, dynamic person with a high work ethic. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Switchboard – directing incoming calls, outgoing calls, sending follow up emails

• Welcoming and attending to customers

• Providing first class customer service

• Answering and directing calls in a professional manner

• General clerical duties

• Weekly and monthly orders for office supplies

• Maintaining kitchen and coffee machines

• Other administrative duties when required / requested

• Provide cover for other receptionist in times of leave

The successful applicant will have the following relevant skills:

• Reception or office experience

• Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Friendly, professional manner.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communications

• Reception or office experience in an Automotive Dealership

• Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
