What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the Charge: You’ll be the go-to person on the floor, overseeing the team to ensure every shift runs like clockwork. From managing front-of-house operations to supporting the kitchen crew, you’ll keep everything moving seamlessly.
• Delivering Exceptional Service: You’ll set the tone for an amazing guest experience by leading by example, ensuring every guest is greeted with a smile and served with care.
• Team Development: You'll be coaching, training, and motivating the team, helping everyone reach their full potential while creating a fun, supportive work environment.
• Managing Shifts: You’ll be responsible for running the shift smoothly, handling any challenges that pop up, and making sure everyone stays on track and on time.
• Problem-Solving on the Fly: Whether it’s a sudden rush of customers or an unexpected issue, you’ll keep your cool and handle it with efficiency and grace.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Skills: You’ve got a natural ability to lead, whether you're managing a team, training new staff, or stepping in to help where needed.
• Experience: You’ve worked in hospitality before and have a solid understanding of what it takes to keep things running smoothly, ideally in a supervisor or leadership role.
• Positive Attitude: You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and bring a can-do attitude to every shift. You know how to keep your team motivated, even during the busiest times.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re quick on your feet, able to handle challenges calmly and efficiently without skipping a beat.
• Passion for Great Food & Service: You take pride in delivering top-notch food and service, and you’re excited to be part of a brand known for its delicious menu and welcoming atmosphere.
