Stores & Warehouse Operator (Afternoon shifts)

REDARC are looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join our team in permanent positions - Stores & Warehouse Operator (Afternoon shifts) in Lonsdale.

Working hours: Afternoon shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday and Friday. You must be available to work for these hours. 

Purpose of the position:

The Stores & Warehouse Operator will be responsible for ensuring all Raw Materials, Consumables and purchased finished goods are booked into the system and put away or distributed correctly and in a timely manner. This position plays an important role in ensuring on time delivery of products to our customers. 

Your role will involve:

• Packing the individual products and preparation of goods for dispatch.

• Receipt of incoming raw materials, consumables and purchased finished goods

• Distribution of delivered items to internal departments.

• Reporting of stock shortages.

• Picking materials for production following the BOM structure and location of stock.

• Transacting the movement of stock in our ERP system.

• Refilling kanban tubs as required.

Qualifications Preferred

• Transport and Distribution (Warehousing) Certificate I and II.

• Being able to obtain or having current Forklift Licence.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Essential)

• Previous stores, stock handling and raw materials receipting experience.

• Ability to demonstrate an acceptable level of literacy, numerical and computer skills.

• Good problem solving and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment.

• Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills.
