Shift Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor developing into an Assistant Manager to join our team . This is a hands-on role with flexible working hours where you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members. Key Criteria preferred not Mandatory as Training will be provided to the right candidate

• Demonstrable managerial skills
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
• Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
• Must have competent computer skills
• Energetic, resourceful and committed
