Receptionist / Smile Coach – Orthodontics

Clear Smiles Orthodontics is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, energetic, and caring people to join our team as Smile Coaches, our front desk team members who help create an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, customer service, and working with people, while also offering exciting future career pathways into Treatment Coordinating and other opportunities within our practice.

About the Role

• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:45 pm enjoy work-life balance!

As a Smile Coach, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and excited throughout their orthodontic journey.

You’ll work closely with our clinical and reception teams to deliver a seamless patient experience while learning the ins and outs of orthodontics, digital technology, and patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Manage appointments, patient records, and administrative tasks
• Support the reception and clinical teams with daily patient flow
• Help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits
• Learn about orthodontic treatment options and digital workflows
• Assist with patient communication and follow-up systems
• Support new patient enquiries and build strong patient relationships
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture
