About Us

PCA Supply Chain Solutions is a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company providing integrated 3PL, warehousing and supply chain services to a wide range of local and international clients.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and support our daily warehouse and logistics operations.in Moorebank, NSW.

This is a hands-on role combining operations coordination and customer service support, working closely with our warehouse, transport partners, and customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily coordination of warehouse inbound & outbound operations

• Liaising with customers regarding orders, stock, deliveries and inquiries

• Data entry and order processing in our WMS / internal systems

• Preparing and checking operational documents (receiving, dispatch, inventory, etc.)

• Following up issues, delays, discrepancies and resolving them with internal and external parties

• Supporting the operations team with general admin and coordination tasks

• Maintaining accurate records and reports

We are looking for someone who is:

• Well organised, responsible and detail-oriented

• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn

• Has good communication skills in English

• Is passionate about work and not afraid of challenges

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics / warehouse environment

• Has basic computer skills (Excel, email, systems)

• Able to multitask and prioritise work

• Has experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding or supply chain (preferred, but not mandatory)

• Must have Australian work rights.
