Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse to join our team as a Patient Flow Liaison Nurse for the Oncology and Medical 3 wards.

This full-time position plays a pivotal role in coordinating patient flow across the wards, facilitating safe and timely admissions, transfers and discharges, and supporting efficient bed management. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure patients receive high-quality, patient-centred care throughout their hospital journey.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in medical, oncology, or complex patient care environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centred care, quality improvement, and workplace safety.
• Sound knowledge of patient flow principles, bed management, and discharge planning processes.

Employment Type: This is a fulltime opportunity. Rate will be in accordance with candidates registration.
