Cafe Supervisors, Baristas, Wait Staff & All Rounders

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE!! 

We are currently seeking experienced cafe supervisors, baristas, wait staff and all rounders to join our amazing team. NO NIGHTS!!

The positions are full time, part time and casual. Immediate start date.

The ideal applicants will need to be well presented, bubbly and approachable, with an exceptional knowledge of coffee.

The ideal candidate for the supervisor position must have:

Minimum 12 months experience in a supervisory role.

Coffee knowledge and barista experience required which included the ability to pour basic latte art, adjust the coffee grind, opening and closing of the espresso bar.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to take direction and follow protocol.

Excellent customer service.

Supervisor key duties include:

Supervision of front of house team.

Train and develop staff on shift.

Opening and closing procedures.

Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Handle and follow up customer queries.

Full table service - three plate/coffee carry.

Taking customer orders

The ideal candidate for the barista position must have:

Minimum of 12 months experience as a barista.

Experience in specialty coffee.

Ability to open and close the espresso bar, various brew methods, latte art.

Excellent customer service.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Barista key duties include:

Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.

Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.

Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Making and maintaining consistently great coffee.

Dialing the grinder in the morning and monitoring it throughout the day and adjusting when needed.

Delivering high quality customer service.

Building a rapport with regular customers.

Keeping the work space clean and well presented.

Taking customer orders.

The ideal candidate for the wait staff positions must have:

Ability to carry three plates and/or three coffees.

Experience working a section.

Excellent customer service.

Wait staff key duties include:

Full table service.

Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.

Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

Preparing and serving cold beverages.

Taking customer orders.

Must have full working rights in Australia.
