Barista All Rounders + Manager + Supervisors @ Westfield Carousel

The award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its new store opening @ Westfield Carousel.

We are in search of new team ranging from- Manager - Supervisors & Barista / Allrounders that have the ability to provide high end customer service.

The Role:

Barista / All Rounder,

Your duties will include

• Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
• Serving customers and using the POS system
• Engaging with your team and customers alike
• Latte Art essential

Manger & Supervisor:

• Must have previously Managed or Supervised previously
• Experience in delegation
• Experience in Operations
• Experience - Rostering
• Experience in interviewing

Skills & Experience:

• People's person with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Latte Art preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in café or restaurant (2 Years)

What's on Offer:

We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time, Part Time & Casual . We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
