About the role
We’re a growing business based in Camden and are looking for a reliable and organised Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a parent returning to work or someone looking for flexible, school-friendly hours.
What you’ll be doing:
Posting and scheduling content on Instagram and Facebook
Managing and liaising with two external marketing contractors
Sending out email campaigns to leads
Following up enquiries and booking clients in for quotes
Assisting the admin team with general administrative tasks
Keeping client and lead information up to date
What we’re looking for:
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, using online systems)
Experience using Instagram and Facebook for business
Confident communication skills (phone and email)
Proactive personality
Strong organisation and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Must have admin, marketing, or customer service experience
Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am-2.30pm
