About the role

• As the Statewide Services Manager, you will lead a high-performing team delivering vital alcohol and drug support services across NSW. In this rewarding leadership role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary Alcohol and Drug interdisciplinary team, driving service excellence, staff development, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Shape innovative care through SVHS ADS telehealth, virtual care, and telephone-based services that improve access for communities across metropolitan and rural NSW.

• Drive quality and performance by monitoring service outcomes, analysing data, reporting on key performance indicators, and implementing evidence-based improvements.

• Build strong partnerships with clinicians, executive leaders, the Ministry of Health, and key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve strategic priorities.

• Make a meaningful impact by ensuring people seeking support receive high-quality, accessible, and person-centred care through one of NSW's specialist alcohol and drug services.

About you

• We're looking for an inspiring leader who is passionate about improving healthcare access and delivering exceptional services. You will bring:

• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams within healthcare or contact centre

• Strong ability to lead service improvement initiatives, analyse performance data, and drive quality outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

• Experience managing complex operations, balancing competing priorities, and delivering services that meet strategic and operational goals.
