This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a new Showroom Experience Specialist to join the team and be part of this journey.

Showroom Experience @ Sleeping Duck

Our beautiful showroom located in Prahran is something to be seen. It is buzzing with energy and is an exciting, unique and one of a kind space to work in. As such we are looking for a person just like that to join our amazing team.

This isn’t just a retail store; it’s a purposefully designed showroom where customers embark on a journey through the Sleeping Duck story. As a Showroom Experience Specialist, you’ll set the tone, guiding customers through a tailored experience—from learning about our origins to being able to try our world-class mattresses for themselves. We focus on the quality of the experience, not just closing a sale. We’re driven by genuine connection, not KPIs.

What’s the role all about?

We are growing our dedicated and close knit team and seeking a permanent part-time team member, available for 12-20 hours per week (mainly both weekend days and weekdays when required).

When you join us, our experienced team will give you a warm welcome and provide extensive training on how we do things the Sleeping Duck way in a fun, passionate and energetic environment.
