The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Delivery Director – APAC to lead end‑to‑end delivery across a multi‑project AI portfolio, overseeing ~70 engineers, analysts, data scientists, and quality specialists.  This role is perfect for a delivery leader who thrives in large‑scale, multi‑team environments, combines technical fluency with operational excellence, and can steer a fast‑moving AI organisation with clarity and confidence.  You’ll partner closely with the Senior Delivery Director, Engagement Leads, and technical leadership to ensure our customers feel supported, confident, and delighted.

What You’ll Lead

End‑to‑End Delivery Ownership

• Own delivery lifecycle across Discovery → Build → Validation → Deployment → Scale
• Drive predictable, high‑quality delivery across multiple squads
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies & portfolio‑level reporting
• Track delivery health and lead mitigation
• Lift productivity using code reuse, AI tools & design standards
• Hold teams accountable through data and operating metrics

Customer & Stakeholder Leadership

• Senior escalation point for delivery challenges
• Partner with Engagement Leads to shape delivery roadmaps
• Communicate direction clearly to executives and customers
• Reset expectations when needed—always transparently

People & Culture Leadership

• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance
• Coach team leads, develop talent, and build future leaders
• Support hiring, onboarding & capability development
• Promote trust, psychological safety & cohesion

Resource Planning & Scaling

• Allocate resources across squads and resolve conflicts
• Manage medium‑ and long‑term workforce planning
• Partner with People & Talent on recruitment priorities
• Identify capacity constraints early

What You Bring

• 7–12+ years in delivery leadership 
• Experience leading 50–100+ person delivery organisations
• Strong background in software, digital, data, AI or cloud
• Deep understanding of delivery mechanics & continuous optimisation
• Experience with enterprise customers (finance, government, insurance ideal)
• Executive‑level communication & stakeholder management
• Skilled in risk management, forecasting & resource balancing
• Comfortable in fast‑scaling, high‑velocity environments
• A passion for AI and its business impact
