Hydraulic Hose Technicians | Peel Region WA (Residential) (8/6 Roster)

THE JOB

Due to more growth and further contract wins, we are currently seeking experienced Hydraulic Hose Technicians to join our well-established team in the Peel Region WA. (For this role we are looking for someone already located and living in the Pinjarra / Mandurah areas or is happy to travel there)

You will provide high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers and you will get to work on all sorts of mechanical gear, for all sorts of clients in all sorts of places. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience in providing technical service and troubleshooting/breakdown support
• Have the strong ability to repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer and mine sites as required
• Somebody who is already residential to the area – Mandurah, Pinjarra etc
• Conduct tests of mechanical systems on site
• Manufacture hose assemblies
• Maintain hose rooms at sites in a safe and tidy state
• Identify sales opportunities through product cross selling and optimisation
• Liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is achieve

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Unrestricted Australian work rights and must hold a valid visa (Permanent Resident / Australian Citizen)
• Be residential to Pinjarra, Mandurah etc
• Be able to work on an 08 on, 06 off shift working roster
• Current Australian driver’s license
• Broad understanding of hydraulic systems and principles
• Mechanical aptitude
• Exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
• Relevant trade or TAFE qualifications or at least 3 years or experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to undertake a Pre Employment Medical Check and Police Check
