Experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician

About the role

HOSE000 is seeking an experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician to join our team in Rockingham, Western Australia. This full-time role is an integral part of our growing operations, responsible for providing expert hydraulic hose repair and maintenance services to our clients throughout the greater Perth region.

Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of hydraulic hoses and related equipment

• Fabricate custom hydraulic hoses to client specifications

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems

• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients on hydraulic hose solutions

• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

• Business Development, ie, cold calling and developing new customer relations

• Adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulation

• Participate in fortnightly rotation schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency callouts.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (2+ years) as a hydraulic hose technician or hydraulic fitter

• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting

• Proficient in the fabrication, installation, and repair of a wide range of hydraulic hoses & components

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Strong drive for sales and customer service
