Hose Technician - Mobile Service Vehicle

If you enjoy some autonomy whilst out on the road but can also work within a team environment we have a role for you. Potential training in a hydraulic qualification for the right person.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertaking servicing, diagnostics or repairs on heavy road transport or trucks for customers onsite

• Attending customer breakdowns as needed

• Use of Ipad for job allocation on ServiceM8

• Hose making and customer product sales in warehouse if required

• Replenish stock in truck on a regular basis adhering to stock control procedures

• Provide own tooling necessary to undertake core duties per trade

Skills and Experience

• MR licence needed or the ability to obtain

• Trade qualified preferred – light vehicle, small engine, heavy diesel, fitter & turner, fitter machinist all suitable

• Experienced Trades Assistant also considered

• A white card or the ability to obtain

• A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship

• Flexibility with working hours as "after hours" availability is a pre-requisite

• Ability to work well within a team

• Experience in hydraulics would be beneficial

• Previous experience is desirable
